By accessing or using BOATSWIPE™ at boatswipe.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by BOATSWIPE™ LLC, a Swipe Media Group company.

Program description: One-time account verification codes for buyers and dealers; transactional lead notifications and follow-up reminders for dealers when a buyer expresses interest in one of their listings.
Opt-in process: Users must affirmatively check an unchecked-by-default consent checkbox during signup at boatswipe.com/sign-up. The consent language reads verbatim: "I agree to receive SMS verification codes and notifications from BOATSWIPE™ at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." Each opt-in is logged with timestamp, IP address, user agent, and the verbatim consent text shown.
Message frequency: Verification codes are sent only when requested by the user (typically once per signup or login). Dealer lead notifications are sent only when a buyer expresses interest in one of the dealer's listings, plus at most one follow-up reminder if the dealer does not respond. Frequency varies by user activity.

Opt-out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any BOATSWIPE™ SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any BOATSWIPE™ SMS message for support contact information, or email admin@boatswipe.com.
Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No marketing or promotional messages. BOATSWIPE™ does not send marketing or promotional SMS. Messages are limited to account verification codes and transactional dealer lead notifications tied to actual buyer interest. Phone numbers are never shared with third parties or used for marketing.

BOATSWIPE™ is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and dealers. We do not own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any boats listed on the Service. All transactions are between the buyer and the dealer directly. We make no warranty regarding the condition, legality, or accuracy of any listing. Buyers are responsible for inspecting boats and verifying ownership before purchase.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOATSWIPE™ LLC and Swipe Media Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
